Terriquez Coauthors Article on Leveraging Ethnic Studies to Inspire Civic Engagement

Veronica Terriquez, CSRC director and professor of Chicana/o and Central American studies and urban planning, coauthored with Jose Orellana, cofounder of LOUD for Tomorrow, the article "Leveraging Ethnic Studies to Inspire Resistance in the Electoral Arena: Lessons from California’s Conservative Central Valley" published in Ethnic Studies Pedagogies, volume 3, issue 2 (December 2025). LOUD for Tomorrow is a grassroots youth-led organization based in Delano, California, and a community partner on the CSRC's California Freedom Summer (CFS) project.
