As part of the #ResearchPowersProgress promotional campaign led by UCLA Strategic Communications, a video was produced featuring the research mission of Osvaldo Gutierrez, professor of chemistry and biochemistry. Gutierrez is also the Chicano Studies Research Center’s Senior Faculty Director of Hispanic-Serving Institution STEM Initiatives.
