Reproducing Materials from CSRC PRESS PUBLICATIONS

All materials published by the UCLA Chicano Studies Research Center Press are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced without the Press’s permission.
 
To request permission to reproduce CSRC Press materials, use the request form available here. Please type the requested information. Either email the completed form to support@chicano.ucla.edu, or print and fax to 310-206-1784.
 

Fees

Permission to reproduce CSRC Press materials is granted subject to certain terms, which may include a fee. Terms will be furnished upon receipt of the request form.
 

Credit Line

All reprints and reproductions, including those for course readers, must be accompanied by a credit line. This credit line will be furnished upon receipt of the request form.
 
For essays and other articles from Aztlán: A Journal of Chicano Studies and for full chapters, the credit line must appear at the bottom of the first page of the reproduced material.
 
For images, the credit line must appear adjacent to the image or in a list of illustration credits.
 

Course Readers

The fee for reproducing CSRC Press materials in course readers is $.10 per page per copy (for example, 10 pages x 50 copies = $50.00).
Requests for course readers may be made using the form available here, or through Copyright Clearance Center.
 

Aztlán Authors

Authors of essays and other articles published in Aztlán: A Journal of Chicano Studies may reproduce this work in any printed book of which the author is the author or editor, subject to including a credit line that gives the original title; the journal title; the volume number, issue number, and date; and the following:
© Regents of the University of California. Published by the UCLA Chicano Studies Research Center Press. Reprinted with permission.
