In October 2024, the CSRC published four reports and a methods appendix based on its findings from its Thriving Youth Study conducted in Oxnard, California. Drawing on extensive data collected from a youth-led initiative involving over 3,000 local residents aged 18 to 34, the reports highlight the challenges and barriers facing young adults in this community.

The findings and recommendations were presented by CSRC Director Veronica Terriquez alongside student researchers to the Oxnard City Council during a special meeting on October 8, 2024. View a recording of this meeting on the City of Oxnard YouTube channel.
