MEDIA: “City Museum and El Museo to Host Summer Block Parties”
Harlem World previewed the “Uptown Bounce” series of public programs being hosted in August in New York City by the City Museum of New York and El Museo del Barrio. CSRC director Chon Noriega will participate in the final night of the series (August 13) when he joins El Museo’s founder, Raphael Montañez Ortiz, for a conversation about the history and legacy of the museum and Ortiz’s “destruction” art.
