CSRC Director to Give Keynote at Latino Film Festival and Conference

CSRC director Chon A. Noriega will give the keynote address at the Indiana University Latino Film Festival and Conference. “Transnational Lives” is the theme of the festival, which takes place April 3-5 on the Bloomington campus.
