MEDIA: “Santa Monica College Launches New Art Lecture Series”

On October 3, CSRC associate director Charlene Villaseñor Black will kick off a new Art Lecture Series at Santa Monica College. Black will examine Miguel Cabrera’s 1750 posthumous portrait of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz in a presentation entitled, “Sor Juana and the Dangers of Intellectual Desire.”
