MEDIA: “Ozomatli at UCLA Today for Interactive Chicano Studies Session”

Los Angeles band Ozomatli visited the CSRC on Monday, April 14, to converse with UCLA students about art and social activism. The event concluded with an acoustic performance of two songs from the band’s most recent album, Place in the Sun. Students were encouraged to video-record the performance and then make their own video for uploading on the Ozomatli website on April 23, officially declared Ozomatli Day in Los Angeles.
