Volume 3: 1990s Video Art of Harry Gamboa Jr.

Two video shorts from this DVD were exhibited in the 1990s. L.A. Familia was included in the 1995 Whitney Biennial. and Mañanamania premiered at the Museum of Modern Art , New York.

Volume 2: 1980s Video Art of Harry Gamboa Jr.

The Pompidou Center in Paris is including "The Blanx" (1984) by Harry Gamboa Jr. as one of several independent films in its important exhibition LOS ANGELES, open from March 8, 2006 to July 17, 2006. The exhibit is of the LA art scene, from the 1960s until 1985, with the work of over sixty artists involved in assemblage, pop art, Californian minimalism, conceptual art, performance art, installations, and video and experimental film. Volume 1: Early Chicano Art Documentaries

The Indiana State Museum is including "Los Four" (1974) and "Murals of Aztlán: The Street Painters of East Los Angeles" (1981) in its exhibit HERITAGE SPECTRUM, open from April 1, 2006 to 2006. The exhibit showcases the art of black and Chicana students. For more information, click here.
