4:00pm to 6:00pm
Event Location:
Sunset Village Plaza, UCLA

You are invited to the inaugural Ethnic and Indigenous Studies Welcome!

The Ethnic and Indigenous Studies Welcome is open to both undergraduates and graduate students! Working collaboratively with the ethnic and indigenous units at UCLA, it is a collective strategy of reaching students early and engaging current students. Our purpose is to expose new and current students to the ethnic and indigenous studies units, and the academic and co-curricular opportunities available.

Academic units (African American Studies, American Indian Studies, Asian American Studies, Chicana/o Studies, and Labor & Workplace Studies), organized research units (American Indian Studies Center, Asian American Studies Center, Ralph J. Bunche Center for African American Studies at UCLA, and the Chicano Studies Research Center), and affiliated student groups will be tabling at the event together.

Join us at this  FREE event with food, music, and giveaways. Meet fellow students, faculty, and
staff. Learn how Ethnic and Indigenous Studies fits into your UCLA experience and beyond!

The CSRC is a co-sponsor of this event.
