UCLA LGBT Studies Presents: QGrad 2015

The 2015 Queer Studies Conference brings together the best graduate student research across the globe. This year’s theme, “Curing the Queer: From Pathology to Resistance”, will open up a critical discussion on the (re)emergence of homo/queer/trans phobic culture under the guise of religious or medical restorative therapies and other queerphobic practices.

Registration is free but required. To register and for more information, visit the conference website: www.qgradconference.com

Organized by the LGBT Studies Program. Co-sponsored by the David Bohnett Foundation, the UCLA Division of the Humanities, the UCLA Division of the Social Sciences, the UCLA Cesar E. Chavez Department of Chicana and Chicano Studies, the UCLA Department of the Gender Studies, and the CSRC.
