MEDIA: "Why Oscar Castillo's Photos of Chicano Life and Protest are Essential for Understanding L.A."

The Los Angeles Times published an article on Oscar Castillo's expansive image collection of Chicano life and protests in Los Angeles in the late 1960s and early 1970s, images that scholars have come to view as both journalism and fine art.
